Our shopping cart is an extremely secure and efficient service. All your personal information is encrypted, ensuring your credit card and other private information is secure and cannot be intercepted.

Product Safety

Note Hand Puppets & Finger Puppets Are not suitable for children under the Age of 3 Years Due to small Parts.  Puppet Theatres are for internal use only & used only as per instructions .  Children to be supervised.

Warranties

All orders are carefully checked prior to delivery. However, faults can occur.  All Helen’s Handpuppets products are guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase. Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, abuse, alteration to the product, own repairs or negligence, voids the warranty.
